Terms & Conditions for Agents, Distributors and Stockists of Products by MastHev International Sdn. Bhd.
- Filling in the application form
The applicant must ensure that he or she fills in the form that was created by the Company with all the required details and sends it back to the company.
- Determining product price
The company reserves all rights to change and determine the market price, agent price, stockist price and master stockist price of all the company’s products.
The Agent / Distributor/ Stockist is not allowed to change the market price, whether to lower it or to raise it, without getting any memo or official letter from the company.
The active status of the Agent/Distributor/Stockist is based on the Agent/Distributor/Stockist’s minimum monthly purchase, set according to the Agent/Distributor/Stockist type. If the Agent/Distributor/Stockist fails to make the minimum purchase for 3 months in a row, the administration will end the agent’s contract with the company immediately.

- Agent, Distributor and Stockist's status
To retain status as an active Agent/Distributor/Stockist, the Agent/Distributor/Stockist has to make the minimum purchase set by the company according to the Agent type.
- Change of Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions without any notice from time to time for the benefit of the company.
TERMS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS
- Returns of product(s) are only allowed within one week from date stated in the invoice(s) and will only be accepted for product(s) that is damaged due to sticker defects (upside down or wrong sticker), leaking tin and difficulty to open product’s seal.
- The Agent/Distributor/Stockist must provide the original invoice copy and the defected product(s) as proof, before any product(s) exchange takes place.
- The Company will not be responsible for any product(s) that is damaged due to natural causes (flood, earthquake etc.) and carelessness on behalf of the Agent/Distributor/Stockist.
PRODUCT PAYMENT AND ORDER
- All orders and requests must be made through Squarelet only.
- All orders and requests from Agent/Distributor/Stockist will be processed after full payment is made.
- Payment can be made via cash or online payment to the Company’s account number.
The Company reserves the right to not fulfil or process the order if the Agent/Distributor/Stockist fails to provide a proof of payment to the Company.
